2. The tenure cannot be preponed or extended under any circumstances.
3. If the purchase exceeds Rs.2 Lakhs, the PAN Card or Form 60 must be furnished along with any ID proof.
4. Order cannot be transferrable to any other party.
5. The tenure cannot be extended under any circumstances.
6. If purchase is made above the quantity ordered, gold rate prevailing as on the date of purchase will be applicable.
7. No interest applicable for any advance paid.
8. Rates can be fixed only for jewellery, not for bullion and coins.
9. Change in government tax rules will be applicable accordingly.
